Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
Draft — this document is pending review by Navira Property Management and its counsel and is not yet in effect.
Navira Property Management LLC ("Navira", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through navirapm.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only; information collected under a signed property management agreement or lease is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us when you submit a form on the Site. We do not require an account to use the Site.
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Property details: the address, type, bedroom and bathroom count of a property you ask us to evaluate, and any notes you add.
- Message content: anything you write in a free-text field when requesting a rental analysis or a call with our broker.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
We use the information above only to:
- Prepare and deliver the rental analysis or consultation you requested.
- Respond to your questions by phone or email.
- Follow up about Navira services you have expressed interest in. [CONFIRM: does the client send follow-up marketing, or only direct replies?]
- Keep the Site secure and diagnose technical problems.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. Fonts and assets are served from our own domain. If we add analytics in the future we will update this policy first. [CONFIRM: no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, call-tracking or chat widget planned?]
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and are bound to keep it confidential:
- Netlify, Inc. — hosts the Site and receives form submissions.
- Our email provider — delivers form notifications to our team. [CONFIRM: Google Workspace or other?]
- Our property management software and CRM, if you become a client. [CONFIRM: name of platform, e.g. AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine.]
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. [CONFIRM: does Navira text leads? If not, delete this section.]
How long we keep it
We keep lead information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and for a limited period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Information about active and former clients is retained as required by Texas Real Estate Commission rules (currently four years for brokerage records).
Your choices
You may at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of follow-up calls, emails or texts.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and stored by our hosting provider with access limited to authorised Navira staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults who own or are considering investing in rental property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
