These terms govern your use of navirapm.com (the "Site"), operated by Navira Property Management LLC ("Navira"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover the website only — property management services are provided solely under a separate written management agreement.
Informational purpose
Content on the Site — including pricing, fee schedules, savings calculators, service descriptions and FAQ answers — is provided for general information. It describes the services we typically offer but is not an offer to manage any specific property. Pricing shown is current as of the effective date and may change; the fees that apply to you are those in your signed management agreement.
Rental analysis and estimates
A free rental analysis is an opinion of likely market rent based on information you provide and publicly available comparables. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion under Texas Occupations Code §1101.002, or a guarantee of rental income. Actual rent depends on property condition, timing and market factors outside our control.
Not legal, tax or investment advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your property or finances.
Brokerage disclosures
Navira is a Texas real estate brokerage. Chak Karri is the Broker of Record (TREC Broker License #687874). The Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice and Information About Brokerage Services form are linked in the footer of every page, as required by TREC Rule §535.155. Your submissions
When you submit a form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the Navira name and mark, and code — are owned by Navira or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including trec.texas.gov and Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navira disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navira and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas. [CONFIRM with attorney: venue, and whether an arbitration clause is preferred.]
Changes
